The Lawless Nineties plot

The people of Wyoming get to determine whether the state will join the Union of America. John Tipton is sent to make sure everything runs smoothly. Plummer and his gang do everything they can to ensure that the mood will turn bad and terrorize the population by using dynamite and killing the local journalist. Tipton sends fake telegrams to trap some of the gang members and, on voting day, arranges for the ranchers to operate as one group. Together they go to the city barricaded by Plummer.
