Yokkakan no Kiseki plot

By a twist of fate, a talented pianist finds himself in a situation where he protects a girl (Chiori) but his hand is mutilated by a bullet. He decides to give up his career as a pianist and take care of the girl, since she lost both her parents in the gunfight. Chiori, who has a mental disability, discovers that she has a talent for playing the piano. She and her protector go to a hospital for a performance.
