Gekijouban Psycho-Pas plot

Inspector Tsunemori is sent to SEAUn. There is an experimental program that introduces the Japanese Sibil system. This system identifies potential criminals and keeps them under control. Tsunemori goes in SEAUn in search of Kogami, a long-lost colleague who has started a rebellion there.
