"Somewhere a fear of love... Somewhere a love of fear..."

Neel Oberoi is a heart patient who receives a new heart from a heart donor. After a few days, he wants to visit the heart donor's widow. When he has found her, he decides not to ring the bell. He then continues to follow her every day, and after a violent confrontation, the two start talking and befriended.
