Císarovy Nové Saty plot

A vain emperor (Harald Juhnke) demands new clothes to wear every day. In his country the taxes are high, so that the emperor can pay for his clothes. When poor street boy Tobias (Jan Kalous) is arrested, Lorenzo (Carsten Voigt), the Emperor's tailor, takes him under his wing. After they are both exiled, they decide to return to the castle to teach the emperor a lesson. They pretend to be Arab tailors and make very special clothes for the Emperor... After the fairy tale by Hans Christian Andersen.
