Animal plot

Europe, the near future. Thomas Nielsen is an expert in molecular biology. Like many of his ambitious colleagues, he believes that genetic engineering can improve humans. Vincent Iparrak, nicknamed "The Hunter", is a charismatic serial killer who throated his female victims with a hunting knife. Locked up in a state-of-the-art prison, he awaits his execution. Thomas makes Iparrak a very attractive offer. The scientist will prove that Iparrak's DNA has errors. This allows him to avoid the death penalty. There is one condition. The killer must grant Thomas permission for an experiment: injecting a serum that alters the genes and neutralizes the murderous impulses. But is science able to correct God's mistakes?

Wasn't a bad film at all. This is a French or Portuguese film where all the actors speak English. To start with, I thought the settings and the futuristic backgrounds and environments were very nicely made, with the neutral rural areas in addition to those future places. Furthermore, the story was a bit on the thin side, but the acting was good. Furthermore, the director also made the film in such a way that you can fill in most things yourself, so when and where it takes place in Europe, while it comes down to a futuristic Portugal. Furthermore, there is also a lot of philosophy and experimental things in it, which is apparently also largely what the film is about. Furthermore, I just thought it was a fine SF story. Visually a feast for the eyes, but the story is as flat as a pancake.

3.5*

The DNA of this filmmaker may also show flaws, because it is a terrible film, that gets bad reviews everywhere. It is still too bad to call it a b-movie.

The acting is enough to give you severe stomach cramps, man oh man what losers these actors are...
