Slipper's (Jackie Chan) comrades have kidnapped a baby and are hoping to collect a fortune in ransom. However, the delivery of baby and money does not go as planned. While the others have to put everything in order, Slipper is temporarily stuck with the kidnapped baby, which of course does not go without problems.
