The Bridge plot
A documentary about one of the most famous bridges in the world, the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco. The guiding principle of the documentary is the irresistible attraction that the bridge appears to have on people who want to commit suicide. The director and his crew filmed the events on the bridge throughout 2004, witnessing more than 20 suicides and several more that they managed to prevent. There are also talks with witnesses and relatives of the deceased jumpers.
