"The Screen Hails a New Serial Queen.....Mistress of an Empire of Savage and Beast!"
dr. John Meredith (Trevor Bardette) has to flee because of the criminal acts of his twin brother Bradley. He leaves the civilized world and settles with his daughter Nyoka (Frances Gifford) in the interior of Africa. John can make himself useful as a doctor to the natives in the jungle and later heads several Masamba tribes. But then it turns out that there are diamond mines on their territory, which quickly causes an influx of criminals and scammers.
