Zorro's Black Whip plot

"MASK OF MYSTERY! Who is this daring figure who conquers villainy and evil with the crack of a blazing black whip!"

Hammond is the owner of the local stagecoach and prominent citizen. He is radically against the proposal to make Idaho a state. He kills Randolph Meredith, owner of the local newspaper because it favors the proposal and advertises it in his paper. Meredith's sister, who is an expert with the whip and revolver, dons a black suit and mask and becomes "The Black Whip".
