What a disappointing documentary by Seidl. Especially technically very substandard in his well-known sober old-fashioned style with a steadfast camera in which a number of people testify about their faith.
Well, it's not even that, because the why is not there. There is just prayer in front of the camera by Tom, Dick and Harry. Quite a boring affair. I can imagine that it is intimate for believers, well I would keep it intimate. I find religion fascinating, but this was boring for an hour and a half.
Doc adds little. Not Seidl's best work.
