I actually like this sequel/prequel to Sorority House Massacre II much better. It's actually a kind of upgrade from SHM II.

Practically the entire cast of SHM II returned for this film. The story is also pretty much exactly the same, although it now takes place in a much nicer location (a kind of department store) and there is a lot more action in this film.

The script is still bad and the acting is still far below par, but luckily they didn't try to turn this film into a serious horror film, but mixed it up with clumsy action and lame humor. Things that are just fine for a film like this.

Let's just say there is a certain fun in this film with 5 ladies present who constantly walk around in lingerie, taking a shower one by one , a nasty man who walks exactly like a zombie, a ridiculous evil appearance from a mysterious package and such crazy situations that it becomes rather comical. Towards the end, the nasty man was a bit too much for what he could handle. The comic effect here is rather annoying and bland. 5/10

More or less exactly the same setup as the previous part, but this time within a warehouse. Director Jim Wynorski was given a larger budget to direct his new film and this is mainly due to a numerous amount of action scenes towards the finale. There are certainly hundreds of bullets flying around and while this has some charm to an extent, it starts to get repetitive pretty quickly. It doesn't help that the acting is generally sub-par and the series of meaningless amounts of nudity makes no sense. Showering women is clearly a turn-on of sorts for Wynorski, as it's not the first time you've seen this for minutes in his films. The ridiculousness of the finale gains some points, but all in all it remains a rather poor mess with a lot of idiocy.
