Memoria del Saqueo plot
After the fall of the military dictatorship in Argentina in 1983, several democratically elected governments introduced reforms to get the country back on its feet. Now, 20 years later, it appears that the Argentines have really lost everything: companies have been sold cheaply abroad, money from privatizations has disappeared into the pockets of corrupt politicians and new laws have reduced the power of the worker. Unemployment and poverty in the formerly prosperous country are sky-high and inflation is skyrocketing.
