Hercules ends up on an island where a young woman is about to be sacrificed to a monster. However, he defeats the monster and the grateful young lady takes him to her city of Atlantis. However, the young lady's mother has an additional reason for her daughter's death, hidden in ancient prophecies. Hercules will have to save her again.
