Deadly Eyes plot

"Tonight they will rise from the darkness beneath the city... to feed!"

A super race of rats is accidentally given a large dose of steroids, causing the beasts to grow to five times their normal size. While the city is overrun by giant rats, a teacher and a health inspector try to end the plague by killing the rats.
