Overzealous cop Kyung-jin Yeo (Gianna Jun) arrests innocent high school teacher Myung-woo Ko (Hyuk Jang) while pursuing a street robber. When they are later paired up on a city patrol for school students, they become involved in several violent incidents, including a fight between drug dealers. Unwillingly, they fall in love, but then an incident takes place that will change their lives forever...
