"Once upon a time in South Central L.A... It ain't no fairy tale."

Three friends, half-brothers Doughboy and Ricky Baker, and Tre Styles, grow up in the slums of Los Angeles. Tre is raised by his father, Furious Styles, who teaches him morals and values. Ricky is about to get a college football scholarship, while Doughboy's primary focus is on violence and alcohol.
