"Wait 'til you learn what mixture of meats go into those incredible sausages..!"
After Otto is released from the asylum, he goes back to work as a butcher. He tries to put all his affairs back in order but after a conflict with his wife, he accidentally kills her. He fears he will be sent back to the asylum if he tells the truth, so he chops up his wife's body and sells it for sausage. He does the same with his friends and relatives who ask about his wife.
