"Rival Sisters. Challenge of a Lifetime. Let the Games Begin!"

Lizzie Dalton and Shane Dalton are two sisters who don't like each other that way. One sister lives with her father in Washington and the other with her mother in Los Angeles. When they meet each other by accident at a school camp in Mexico and are also put together in a team, this causes a lot of unrest.
