Borsalino and Co. plot
After the death of his partner Capella, Roch Siffredi is the sole ruler of the Marseilles underworld. When a new rival starts to give him a hard time, Siffredi becomes heavily addicted to the drink. At the moment that his empire threatens to collapse, he retreats to his native city of Naples to come to his senses. He eventually returns to Marseille in the hope of regaining his former position.
