"Time waits for no man...unless his name is JACK DETH!"
Jack Deth is now well used to his new life in Los Angeles in 1991. Together with his new wife he tries to process his traumas. Unfortunately, his life will soon be turned upside down when Jack discovers that his brother has started breeding Trancers again. This time he uses defenseless bums and junkies for his murderous experiments.
