This part is better than the first part. Here we see Chan at work as we are used to from him. Including the humor and the beautiful (nice) women around him. It delivers some hilarious moments and beautifully orchestrated fights. Maybe not Police Story, but still a Rumble in the Bronx.

Rather lame.
Just like the first film I didn't really like this one. Chan as always knows his way around the action scenes, unfortunately they only make up a small part of the whole film.
The humor is lame, the adventure story downright boring. Annoying and insipid bad guys and an insignificant dub make it sometimes very difficult to enjoy this film. It also all takes way too long, the entire intro of this film is for example completely useless and should have been left out completely.
Movie that needed more action. When Chan can show his tricks the movie works well, but otherwise it's just a sad mess. Can't say I'm very impressed with Chan's directing skills so far.
