Cinematic biography about the hot-tempered and well-mouthed workaholic Rudy Giuliani, from the eighties when he caused a furore as a prosecutor to his days as an inspired mayor of New York. In passing, his marriage to actress Donna Hanover and his affair with Cristyne Lategano are discussed, as well as his battle with prostate cancer and his instigated zero tolerance policy against crime in The Big Apple. Giuliani eventually achieved worldwide fame and awe for his heroic performance after the attack on the World Trade Center on September 11, 2001.
