Perfect Little Angels plot

Newly-divorced Elaine Freeman moves with her daughter Justine to the chic suburb of "Elysian Fields" to escape the troubles of the big city. Once grounded, Justine discovers that all the teens living here exhibit "perfect" behavior; perfect at school, perfect at home. Justine investigates with a new local resident, Mitch, to find out what's going on in this neighborhood. They find out that the entire neighborhood is under the influence of a certain person, who can control the behavior of the people. The man pulling the strings is the charming and influential Dr. Lawrence, whom Justine's mother has a crush on. Now it's up to Justine and Mitch to convince the residents, and Justine's mother, that this Dr. Lawrence takes control of everyone's lives before they become his "Perfect Little Angels" themselves.
