A fun role by Rutger Hauer as a bad-ass bounty hunter. The film has a good atmosphere and good action scenes. The story is rather thin, but it is entertaining. That 'explosive' ending is also fun.

One of Hauer's worst. Stallone or Willis would have done better. A bounty hunter tries to stop an Arab terrorist in LA on his own, but hampered by the police. The rather silly story is not compensated by fun action scenes either, and Rutger Hauer with his big blond wig lacks charisma as the muscular hero. I cannot give this a passing grade.

A mediocre film about a bounty hunter hunting down a terrorist. A fairly standard action movie with a weak storyline and a predictable plot. It has all been seen before, and often done better. The old-school action scenes are still fun here and there, and Rutger Hauer manages to deliver an entertaining performance in places. A solid 2.5 stars.
