Kyoya is a hot-headed Nempo practitioner with a slightly oversized ego. One day, Nempo-master Rai shows up at his shop and tells Kyoya that he is the only one who can stop the villainous Rebi Ra, who has imprisoned the president and sold his soul to the devil. Kyoya must leave for Shinjuku to end Rebi Ra's evil games. Together with Sayaka, the daughter of the president, he sets off. But the road to Shinjuku is fraught with danger...
