Kidô Keisatsu Patorebâ: The Movie 2 plot
When a UN Labor mission in Southeast Asia is attacked and destroyed by a group of terrorists in 1999, it is the beginning of a nightmare for the Japanese army. Three years later, the group of terrorists attacks Tokyo and the population is in great panic and the army stands ready to intervene. With the help of a government official, Patlabor captains Kiichi Goto and Shinobu Nagumo are tipped off to the person behind the terrorist acts. It turns out that none other than Tsuge, one of the founders of the Labors, is behind the attacks. Tsuge seeks revenge against the government for sidetracking him.
