After a chance meeting in Las Vegas, and a night together, American Alex Whitman leaves Mexican Isabel Fuentes pregnant. She visits him a few months later to let them know what happened. She decides to get married on a whim, resulting in a clash of cultures.

After a decent first half, this standard romcom soon collapses. Despite the nice performances and a few funny moments, this does not rise above the average within the genre.

I actually really liked him. Good acting, nice scenery and a plus for Hayek. A bit of a shame about the standard story that was imposed on us. Still definitely worth it.
