Expertly put together psychological thriller/drama.

2 completely opposite people who are condemned to each other through an interview. All this degenerates into a battle of words where one is hardly inferior to the other. At the end there is a huge plot twist that leaves you stunned because it arrives completely unexpectedly. Wonderfully conceived and superbly acted.

Wow, this is definitely one of the best movies I've seen.

Greatly played by Pierre and Katja (also extra compliments to the latter for the large dose of self-mockery that she certainly possesses). The script, direction and “Simple” camera work are all right. Halfway through I already thought I knew how it would end, but later I was put on a different foot again and I had not seen this end coming at all.

I also saw the American version, but I liked the Dutch version better. The American version was a bit less raw than this one and I think that fits the story best.

This is next to Medea one of Theo van Gogh's best.
