Dead Star plot

Eccentric director Claudio Nervi and disillusioned producer Lucia Neve are desperately searching for a new actress to breathe new life into their stalled film project. However, during an audition with promising candidate Stella, something disturbing comes to light. Stella claims the script bears an eerie resemblance to a story she knows all too well—the story of how she died. What begins as an artistic experiment quickly devolves into a dark interplay between reality and fiction.
