During the Christmas season, Adika has a part-time job delivering packages. He's always in a good mood, except when he's fighting over a parking space with the nurse Tessa, whom he secretly has a crush on. Tessa is caring for elderly Charlotte, who is celebrating Christmas without her husband for the first time this year. Charlotte is bothered by her pushy neighbor. Meanwhile, it's going to be a special Christmas for bakers Tim and Julian because their adoption application has been approved and they're allowed to adopt a child shortly before Christmas. Ruth meets a mysterious stranger at her neighbor's house when she accepts a package for her, whom she spontaneously invites over for Christmas Eve. Her neighbor is celebrating Christmas with his teenage daughter, who decides to move in with her father. It promises to be a surprising and confusing Christmas for everyone.
