Cheerleader Camp plot
"Some girls would kill to be Cheerleaders."
Some girls go to cheerleading camp to compete in a contest. When one of the girls finds a body, the whole group panics. Everyone wants to flee the gruesome place immediately, but Alison and her friends are left behind. In the dark night, the friends are targeted by the unknown killer.

Nice 80s slasher...
Cheerleader Camp has the usual 80s slasher formula: Humor, Chicks, Nudity, Summer Camp, and a killer.
The typical 80s vibe is wonderful and enjoyable. The acting is rather mediocre, but the actresses definitely score a pass for their eye-candy qualities. Of course, a few get naked again, though it's not excessive, as I'd expected.
There's virtually no tension. The murders begin a bit late in the film and have a "reasonable" level of gore. Nothing spectacular or extremely bloody, but there are the occasional enjoyable kill. The humor, however, is spot on. Not only do the illogical actions of the players bring a smile, but the idiotic dialogue and witty one-liners are also enjoyable. The extreme fat-ass was especially funny at times. The ending is also nicely done and (for me) quite surprising.
Cheerleader Camp is a fun film to fill your evening with and definitely recommended for fans of that typical 80s slasher vibe.

Not all that great, although the ladies are nice and the beginning is quite promising with some funny sexy scenes, but as soon as the kills start and the tension should come, the makers show that they are totally incapable of doing so, the film lacks any form of scariness and tension building, the gore is rather mediocre and the plot is quite confusing.
Oh well, the 80s vibe is there and there are some nice scenes but the horror part is a complete failure, the so-called twist at the end doesn't change that either.
