Toru Konishi's university life is very different from what he imagined. He spends boring days with his only friend at school and cleaning a bathhouse for his part-time job. One day he sees Hana Sakurada in a classroom and is fascinated by her dignified appearance with her hair in a bun. He talks to her and their relationship develops romantically, but then a shocking incident changes their lives.
