Tilda's days are strictly structured: she studies, works part-time as a cashier in a supermarket and takes care of her little sister Ida. And on some days she also has to take care of her alcoholic mother. But this summer brings change; Tilda is offered a promising job for a doctorate in Berlin. Viktor also shows up, who, like her, always swims 22 laps in the pool. When Tilda starts to believe that everything can be better, the situation at home gets out of hand.
