Stewardess Joan Lawson is offered a contract by film producer Dave Miller during a flight, but ultimately rejects the offer out of love for pilot "Brad" Bradshaw. But when Brad has to transport actress Diane Audre during bad weather, and they have to make an emergency landing, this adventure leads to a contract as a film actress. Joan is left behind, sad, but decides to change course and writes headlines as an aviator. When she decides to make a long-distance flight, people think she is crazy.
