Achter de Deur plot

The story is about Joris, a ten-year-old boy with a passion for drawing and painting. The film follows Joris as he learns that his grandfather, a famous artist, is dying. Despite never having met his grandfather before, Joris decides to seek out the man he admires so much. During their meeting, Joris and his grandfather are sent on a magical-realistic adventure within his grandfather's paintings. But during this wondrous journey, Joris discovers that his grandfather may not be the hero he always believed he was.
