My First of May plot

Tang Suk Yin, a local squash champion, seems to have a perfect life with his wife Elaine when they are expecting their first child. But their happiness is short-lived when their daughter, Tang Chi, is born with a rare spinal cord disorder. Against all odds, Chi survives but the family falls apart under the pressure. As a result, Chi is left in the care of her grandmother, but when she can no longer care for her, Suk Yin must face his grief and reconnect with his daughter after ten years.
