The Magician's Raincoat plot

In their grandmother’s attic, Jack, Olivia, and Chen find a magical yellow raincoat that transports the wearer into the body of the great wizard Augustus Semprini. A century ago, Semprini stole a family heirloom from a witch and, as punishment, cursed him to spend his final days trapped in his raincoat. Now, on the trail of an evil witch who wants to claim the jewels inside the coat and a nefarious developer who wants to tear their family apart, the kids race against time to solve the mystery of the raincoat.
