A week before Chanukah, corporate attorney Tory finds herself unexpectedly unemployed and questioning her long-standing career. While helping her friend prepare for the holidays, she embarks on a quest through Chicago to find the last box of coveted Chanukah candles. Her search leads her to Rocky’s, an Old Town bar, where she meets Jay, a charming Florida doctor, his grandfather Sam, and a cast of quirky regulars who make her rethink everything. Tory is torn between keeping her job loss a secret and embracing a new sense of belonging.
