Mantra Surugana plot

A new female student moves into a dorm where mysterious events have occurred in the past. She soon sees a few mysterious things and asks her fellow students about them. They soon discover that these events, including deaths and disappearances, are due to the awakening of a demon. Someone has awakened the demon through an incantation.
