Roberto Hurtado is a very wealthy, but also seriously ill man. The best remedy for his disease is the blood of young men. His driver Perfecto regularly has to look for suitable candidates in the shady neighborhoods of Cali. He drains their blood until they die, sometimes aided by Hurtado's nurse, Florencia, or by Ever, the driver of Hurtado's son Adolfo. But there's another killer out there, with the same predilection...
