The Last Repair Shop plot
Since 1959, Los Angeles has offered its students free musical instruments and free musical instrument repairs. Los Angeles is by far the largest and one of the last American cities to still do this. This documentary shows a behind-the-scenes look at the nondescript warehouse in the center of the city where an ever-shrinking group of dedicated professionals repairs more than 80,000 students' musical instruments.
