Director Otto Baxter is described as "The first (English) director with Down syndrome", so the fact that there are several cast members with this abnormality is immediately clear in terms of intention. The message is nice and is mixed into the whole well by Baxter, but as a horror musical it nevertheless remains very poor. Mediocre detail, an unimaginative design, a sharp edge that barely works and music numbers that are not particularly convincing. Nevertheless, the actors do their best (Paul Kaye in particular remains a reliable name) and make the end result feel genuine, but on a cinematic level this does not make an overwhelming impression for a debut film. It's nice that Baxter has succeeded in setting up this initiative.
