Baian the Assassin, M.D. Part 1 plot

Baian is a gifted acupuncturist and doctor. He also uses his needles for a darker purpose: he earns money as a hit man. But he only kills people he thinks deserve it. His only friend makes toothpicks and also does some murder. When Baian is hired for a questionable assignment, things go wrong and a wanted samurai appears on the scene.
