Aquarel the Movie plot

In the year 2045, BOAs have taken over power and a permanent lockdown applies. Thirtysomething Wilco, born and raised in Rotterdam, is fed up and decides to go out into the wide world. There he meets a variety of strange types, including Watercolor: a man with the head of a purple unicorn.
