Connor needs a nanny for his daughter Macey while he works in Aruba. After several failed job interviews, he still hasn't found a good candidate until he finds Amber through mutual acquaintances. She is a teacher who has just gone on summer vacation with no special plans. He hires her and they go to Aruba. However, it proves to be a challenge for Connor. His wife suddenly left him and his daughter a few years ago and now he shares their life with an attractive woman.
