April is an uptight cook who wants to prepare healthy meals. She is about to become famous, but her cooking is failing. Despite her assurances that healthy is delicious, those who have tried her recipes disagree. Not wanting to give up her hard work and career, April vows to reinvent herself. She travels to Italy to learn how to incorporate the country's notoriously rich food culture into her own recipes. There she meets Rob, a brilliant chef specialized in Italian cuisine, who helps her find a new joy and freedom in life and in cooking.
