Confectioner Juna moves with her daughter to her native village to help her uncle in his bakery. There she reconnects with her old childhood sweetheart Emil. She is disappointed when she learns that he is getting married and then she is told to make the wedding cake. When Juna's ex-husband shows up, the fence is completely over.
