Experienced deep-sea rescue diver Jonas Taylor leads a brave research team on an exploratory dive into the deepest depths of the ocean. Seen yesterday in Antwerp. Luckily it was a Meg marathon, seeing The Meg could still save the evening, because this part is just too much. Everything is pulled out of the closet: 3 mega, 1 monster octopus, dinosaurs, bad guys, but to no avail. Very implausible, too many bad jokes, the megs didn't look pretty. We didn't have high expectations but this was really bad.

Just a fun movie that's over the top.

There were some tense moments in it, but mostly comedy.
