The Stationary Bike plot

On the brink of a breakdown, Richard, a morbidly obese loner, is shaken awake after a visit to his doctor. As a result, Richard embarks on a challenging weight loss mission, determined to turn a new page. The sturdy exercise bike in his living room soon becomes his new best friend. However, as Richard gets into shape, penetrating thoughts creep in. Richard gets the strange suspicion that someone is chasing him.
